Zippy said it first...

"Bartlett's Familiar Quotations" credits Bill Griffith and Zippy the Pinhead for the phrase "Are we having fun yet?" I reckon that I am. If you aren't, maybe you will be after hearing this peppy psychedelic version of The Stooges' "No Fun" from some Welsh band* (Hey, the first Stooges album was produced by a Welshman...):
